Official Umbrella Policy
The authoritative terms of use for all Specific Industries properties — including Only Fans — are maintained at specificindustries.com/terms. The text below is provided for convenience and flavor; in the event of any conflict, the umbrella policy governs.
1. Subscriber Conduct
By subscribing to a fan, you agree to treat that fan with the respect any household appliance is owed. You may not record, redistribute, or otherwise exploit any fan's posted airflow content for commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions on Industrial Equipment
Subscribers to Big Vance agree not to attempt to bring an 80,000 CFM industrial wind tunnel into a shared apartment building, condominium, or other residence with neighbors. We reserve the right to revoke Big Vance subscriptions in jurisdictions that have already done so.
3. Tip Refunds
All tips are final. The fans do not check their accounts and would not know how to issue a refund if they did. Please tip thoughtfully.
4. The Ghost in the Attic Clause
Subscribers to The Ghost in the Attic acknowledge that they may never see the fan, may never receive a notification, and may begin to question whether the fan exists at all. This is part of the experience and is not a violation of these terms.
